COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This delightful brew is a medium-bodied pale ale that is balanced to perfection. It has a fresh hop aroma and a mild sweetness that finishes crisp and clean. This pale ale is brewed in the American style using two Northwest hop varieties, Centennial and Columbus. The fresh hop flavor is balanced with 2-row Pale and Crystal malts

I like Pale beer, but I think FullSailís Amber, ESB and IPA are better, but for this beer isnít bad.

"better than average hoppy, refreshing pale ale, but nothing that REALLY stands out within the style. a good enough beer if itís on sale, but nothing great."

Bottle. A: Deep copper with a 1/2" white head. Lacing. N: Barley and biscuit. Hops lend a spruce and peppercorn element. Some esters and banana. Touch of citrus. T: A larger than expected hop bitterness. Malt sweetness. M: Tickling carb and medium body. Creamy. O: This is far better than expected. Shows its PNW origins; I would drink this time and time again. It hits the spot; seems like itíd be right on style if compared to others in the category.

Orange golden colour with a fine white head. Nice lacing. Floral hoppy nose. Medium malty base in the flavour, with lots of hoppy citrus notes. Ok body and a pleasant carbonation. A fine and tasty brew.

12 oz bottle. Amber orange with a decent off-white head. Aroma is of grass, caramel, malt, cardboard, herbal notes, and driftwood. Taste is of malt, light vinegar (from oxidation), honey, grass, and herbal hops.

Bottle. The look is clear, eggshell colored ok head, and bronze in color. The smell is malt, paper, caramel, fruit, and ok. The taste is hops, grassy, floral, and a dusty malt character.

@ Party Town / Florence KY - Clear medium amber, good 1" white head, swirls and dots of lace. Taste is caramel malt that steadily moves through the palate before adding mild bitters for a balanced finish. Pretty simple, but it has a good deal of taste, and it goes down smoothly. Nice mid-major.

Best by 27JUL12 Pours golden amber with little toasted cream foam atop the ale. Smells oxidized to be honest - cardboard and raw wood with some hints of tea and herbal hops. Very disappointed in the nose here. Flavor is also oxidized with a bit more of an old book smell flavor and some oils, reminds me of the flavor of the skin on a palm; carrying a slight salinity. Medium on thin with a moderate carb and semi dry finish. I bought this beer as a sixer on a gamble, really gonna have to be faded to drink the other five. Serving type: bottle 07-11-2012

Must admit I'm surprised by the lower scores. For me this a lovely, subtle, pale ale, one of my favorites. Clear orange gold with a significant head for a pale ale. Mild caramel from the malt, which carries into some tropical fruits with a distinct mild peach aftertaste from the hops. Very refreshing and still interesting to the palate. A most well balanced beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
