COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic Red Ale with full caramel malt character from the use of 4 different caramel malts. This medium bodied Red Ale is hopped with the classic Cascade. Cascades have a wonderful fruity character that balances the malt sweetness and gives it subtle citrus aromas and flavoring. Designed to be smooth and easy drinking. A Brewmaster Reserve beer from John Harris.

Incredibly smooth is the word here. Not bad for a red ale, although I feel that Bear Republic makes a superior product. Still, this is another supurb beer from a supurb brewery. Try it if you can find it, but my guess is this is another one-time Full Sail beer.
