| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 24, 2008 Purchased a single 22-oz bomber from Cellar’s Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a semi-clear, pale orange amber brew with a decent and long lasting off-white head that has some nice retention and sticky lacing. Aroma of both grassy and flowery hops, some caramel and dry malt, plus some grapefruit zest. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with flavors of multi-grain and caramel malt, flowery and grassy hops with some herbal spice and apricots. Finish is semi-sweet with a mild bitterness. Not your typical over the IPA but still has a nice mild bitter finish.
