UPDATED: FEB 8, 2005 1997 vintage - sampled @ Full Sail Pilsner Room, 12/2004. Very robust milk, bourbon, wood and sweet brown sugar aroma, very smooth mouth feel at first, semi-thick overall... roasty, sweet, with a very sweet finish full of plums, wood, port, and an unmistakable "aged" flavor... this one being just past it’s prime. Oily texture, and creamy.
