Bottle. Thanks to adnielsen for sending. Pours a mahogany color with white head. Malty, toast, slight yeast aromas. Biscuit, malty, and a little caramel in the flavor with a touch of sourness at the end. A little off for a belgian dubbel. Not my favorite.

22oz bottle $4, affordable as always which is nice. Clear amber in color, looks like Fat Tire, what a blast from the past. Smells odd, malty, Belgian? Who knows? I don’t care but the taste was odd, malt biscuit, a tad bit of belgian yeast but I was hoping for something more here. What, hell if I know....

March 9, 2012 - with blankboy, gregclow, jercraigs & mabel. Bomber (Brewmaster Reserve 2011) c/o blankboy. Slightly hazy deep amber with a smallish but lasting light tan frothy head (4-). Really mild aroma - floral, only light Belgian caramel spicy malt, mostly floral. Taste is nice - pungently sweaty, tons of yeasty caramel and fruit, some alcohol presence. Fairly thick, acceptable carbonation, finishes quickly with just an odd hint of sourness - would like a bit more spiciness.
