Sampled this while I was helping in the Atlas Bistro kitchen. Aka, being Josh and Keenans kitchen bitch. Brown pour. Dried fruits, malt, candi sugar aroma. Flavor is almost good. But it’s a watery version of the aroma. Bummer.

Reddish hue with a small off-white head. A good yeasty aroma. Its the style, but nothing to write home about: bitter-sweet,a tad of toast. not too complex. Middling mouthfeel. ken’s bottle.
