COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Session Black is short, dark and totally drinkable. The initial tastes are a subtle pairing of caramel and chocolate malt flavors with precise hopping to provide an elegant citrus background to the delicate finish of dark cocoa.

Aroma is of chocolate that lingers, very drinkable. Light to medium body, medium sweetness. Overall a good beer. Great beer for the price, the 11 oz. bottles are pretty cool.

12 oz. pill bottle. Deep mahogany color with lasting white head. Aroma is roasted grain and caramelized sugar. Flavor is roast, ash, molasses and peanut shells. Lots of roasted notes with a medium body. Real easy drinking. I think everyone can agree that this truly is a session ale.

Dark red to brown. Big 3 finger head. Smells like a Cascadian hoppy rye lager. Not had. Taste is interesting. Pretty bitter. Has a German and Pilsen taste. Pretty okay.

Pours a clear dark brown with small beige head. Aroma has lots of roasted malts, chocolate, and caramel. Taste is slightly bitter. Medium body without very much carbonation. A more substantial dark beer than the label suggests.

No head. Almost black body with dark red. Thin, smooth, slightly oily, feel. No flavors stand out. Slightly caramelish and almost burnt maybe.

Bottle in ft Myers beach. Nose is off sweet licorice and caramel. Hints of cocoa and smoky malt. Hint of shiny hop cuts thru for balance but its a true black lager. ---Rated via my mouth
