Not bad, as lagers go. But whenever i have one it makes me wish I was drinking their Fest instead.

Pours a straw color with a lacy off white head. Notes of earth, corn, honey, and cardboard. Thin mouthfeel and abrupt finish.

Appearance: clear, deep honey gold with two fingers of electric white head that slowly fizzes to generous lacing. Aroma: bold for a lager, with floral, grassy, and lightly peppery hop notes over a light caramel, white bread, and sweet corn malt base. Taste: bright and lightly sweet, with grassy, floral hops, light tropical fruit, and a firm, slightly sweet and crackery bread note. Finish: lingering and lightly astringent, with some peppery notes over toasted white bread. Notes: Fantastic lager. And definitely sessionable. Bottles are pretty cool as well. Bought some for a week at the beach, and wanted to have something light but well made to drink all day. This fit the bill in spades.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks kerenmk. Clear yellowish gold. Aroma of cardboard, graininess and a bit of skunk. Sweetish grainy flavor with cardboard and a bit of bitterness. Rather light-bodied.

Pours a clear light gold yelow, white head quickly disappears. Smell is light, sweet and pleasant. Tastes of slight hop bitterness, honey, sweet corn and a pleasant malt flavor. A slight astringent note can be detected. Very affordable and above average for this style. As the name suggest it is highly sessionable and you will be reaching for a second not long after you pour your first. A very well made to style beer, it's just not a style a lot of people are crazy about. I have enjoyed this beer for many years. It is always stocked in my beer fridge for any occasion. Pairs well with almost any food due to its light neutral flavor profile. It is a beer I will hand to non beer drinkers and they often are swayed from the opinion that all mass made lagers are tasteless garbage. Added bonus is that the short stubby bottles can fit on a rack the same height as a 12 oz soda. Cheers.

As others have said, this is what industrialized lighter lager should be. Corn and soft grassiness on the nose and flavor. Super light bodied, dry and definitely watery, which makes it extremely crushable and desirable for a hot day. Light, thirst quencher that wont break the bank, this one does what it’s supposed to!

Bottle: Pours clear gold with a whipped white head. Sweet grain malt aroma. Taste is sweet, honey, grain..a little fruit, very malty. This is what popular American Mass-Produced Beers should taste like..... Simple...tasty...very enjoyable.
