Pour is deep golden with a slightly rocky off white head...smell is sweet and skunky with lots of corn...taste is crisp and sweet up front turning a little grainy...nice finish, not too long or short and slightly sweet and malty...this is a great example!!! What a pleasant surprise!

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Stubby bottle labeled 120305. Poured a light and clear golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of sweet malts and grain. Tastes of pretty much the same. Nothing really stands out.Thin body. The only good thing about this, is it only cost me $1.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A really nice beer for just relaxing with, when you donít feel up to the challenge of a sahti or one of those hop monsters.
Aroma is of clean and slightly spicy hops, not much malt or alcohol in the nose.
The flavor is rich and slightly sweet, some hops up front, but not a whole lot.
The lingering aftertaste is slightly warm and expansive, sweet malt. Carbonation is bright and cheering; mouthfeel is, again, expansive.
Terrific pre-Prohibition premium (all malt) lager, very true to the style, and awfully satisfying after a hot day in the yard.

crisp clear and pissy, thin laced white head, tart malt nose, clear flavor, dry mild hop bite, crispy malts, decent amount of flavor for a lager, rolling mouthfeel

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
This beer pours a very light golden color with a very thin soapy white head and very little lacing. The aroma is grainy, wheaty, with a hint of hops, but generally just very straw like. Flavor is light with a tangy, citrus, wheat, bready like taste....highly carbonated, some hints of cardboard. Oddly piney and somehow buttery in a way.....truly a boring specimen, but I mean what did i really expect for a small stubby beer. Dry, perhaps peppery......joy or something....

An extremely unremarkable beer. If they are striving for mediocrity here, then BINGO, they won. Boring and unexceptional- I expect more from these guys.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
sparkly and fizzy golden body with an egg shell colored head. Aroma was crisp, herbal, and sweet. Crisp taste as well, hops leave a nice herbal bitterness. The bottle certainly is unique. Anyway, not bad at all, nothing really turning me off here, except maybe the thin mouthfeel.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Not amazing, but has a distinct buttery aftertaste that left my mouth round and delicious. The bottles are freaking cute and have rock, paper, scissors on the caps. Gotta love that.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Wine Exchange, Sonoma, Ca - 11 oz bottle. Cloudy, medium golden pour with no head whatsoever. Pick up a bit of a peppery aroma. Flavor has some sweet honey accents in the front end wih some buttery notes in the back end. All in all, crisp lager taste, reminds me of a Czech strong lager. Decently thick mouthfeel for a lager.
