4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured out of bottle into pint glass. Clear with slight yellow color. Developed short head on pour that lasted a minute or two after.
Smells good for an American Lager. A slight note of apple or pear. It doesn’t have that harsh smell that accompanies so many of the lagers made by others.
Taste: Soft and smooth. I can’t pick out any distinct flavors though.
Less carbonation than other lagers, which is good. Goes down easy.
I could drink this all day long. It’s a session lager, so it’s doing its job well. Personally, I would tend toward with their Session Black Lager because of it drinkability combined with a little more flavor.

Bottle. Clear. Pale gold. Pours with thick white head that dissipates quickly. Initially a lifted malty nose that fades. Light malty nose with some hay and citrus. Very neutral. Off dry. Not bitter or sour. Malty flavor.Light carbonation.
Short. Light weigh.

Fizzy yellow beer with creamed corn nose and creamed corn taste, no finish, this is just horrible. I need to drink something like this every so often just help provide a good basis of comparison of what is good and what is crap.

Bottle. Simple little lager in a simple package. Nice and easy going down. Great for summer.

Red Stripe bottle. Rather flat. No reason for much score on aroma or appearance. That being said, rather decent flavor. Not expecting much from a Full Sail trying to be kewl with a different bottle, but the taste is actually decent. That still leaves a bad score, and taste on the palate, but hey, if F.S. wants to make a decent low end beer, they might have found their niche. </sarcasm>

This stuff is a notch or two above the macro lagers, but that is about the best I can say for it. This should return to port for repairs.

11oz bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a moderate white head that settles into a thin ring. Aroma is clean malts with light fruity esters and a grassy herbalness. Taste is light sweet malts and dry grassy grains, with a herbal and spicy hop bitterness that comes across in the finish. Very clean and crisp.

Full Sail?s worst beer. Just buy a pilsner or cheap lager, it?d be better. My first impression was a hint of piss. As I continued drinking, it just tas tasted more and more watered down.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
11 oz. bottle. Enjoy by: 10/22/13. Pours a crystal clear piss-yellow color with a thin off-white head. A crisp aroma of lemon, wheaty grains, and a hint of bread. Thin, crisp, and effervescent on the way down. A bit too watery. A semi-sweet cereal graininess along with a little wheat upfront in the taste. Slightly crackery. Lemons and grassy qualities at the end. Clean-tasting. I bought this by mistake thinking it was the Session Fest Red Lager. Bastards! The best thing about this beer is the stubby bottle.

Poured amberish. Aroma of caramel and bread. Slightly more filling and flavorful than a yuengling. Different bottle. Ummm..... thats it.
