Very lgiht aroma of hops and wheat. Reddish gold pour with little head. Lots of nutty flavors with some hops.

Draught, Falling Rock (circa early autumn 2003). Body is light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie), moderately hoppy (flowers, apricot, resin). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Light and rather plain. The IPA version that apparently replaced this is at least a bit more substantial.

Amber/ruby with low lacing and a wet finish. Sweet hoppy malt balance with hints of wheat. Pale malt dominates the body.

Medium orange color. Small head. Aroma is malty and floral. A dry hopped pale ale. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are floral, grapefruity and bitter. Nicely balanced. Dry hopping brings out the floral and bitter quality of the hops. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Clear and copper in color; thinnish, yet frothy, head. Actively carbonated. Malts are on the lighter side, but have a nice and sweet, cookie-like base. Hops are wonderful; classic PNW ... grapefruity, a little spicy, piney and sweet. Hoppy, yet not over-the-top by any means. Not much bitterness -- just a little in the finish. Crisp, clean and mouthwateringly enjoyable.
