Bottle via unclejedi, thanks! Pours nearly black with a thinnish beige colored head. Aroma is bitter hops, chocolate, roast. Flavor is bitter hops, chocolate, roast, perhaps some coffee. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finished bitter. This just didn’t excite me whole bunch, ho-hum.

Poured an opaque black with a moderate tan head. The nose is very malty with a roasted coffee cleanness. The taste starts with huge malts, dark chocolate, coffee and candied sugar. A boozy warmth comes next with plenty of hops to balance out the malty sweetness. A very bold porter.

22oz bottle thanks to 11026 for providing this as an extra!!.....pretty close to black pour with a thick and creamy light brown head..... immediate aroma of assertive chocolate and mild roast. nothing too out of the norm..... flavors continued on that note. strong roasted coffee essence and loads of chocolate. a touch of sourness comes through at the tail end which i wasn’t expecting nor did i find it to be overly pleasant. mouthfeel was smooth and creamy so it redeemed itself in this regard....a pretty good porter nonetheless.

Tasting Room - As far as Full Sail goes, it does not get much better than this. Just loads and loads of rich full bodied chocolate, roasted coffee and caramel, with some cocoa coming through as well. This is really well done.
