Dec 15, 2007 22 oz bottle from South Bay drugs. This was an average IPA with minor notes of hops and light presence in both the malt and hops. The apperance was a dark red/ orange and had a decent head. Mellow attempt to get the Christmas spirit in me.

Dec 14, 2007 22oz bottle. Floral, grassy hops with a hint of pine on the nose. Just a touch of sweeter malt. Pours copper with a decent off white head leaving so so lacing. Lots of floral hops on the tongue. Mostly bitter and dry with not a lot of malt to back up the bitterness. Crisp and lively palate. Good carbonation finishing rather dry.

Dec 9, 2007 Bottle courtesy of Naven. A beautiful pour w/ retention > 1.5 hrs and nice lacing. Resiny, piney hop flavor. Muted hop aroma. An excellent example of a Pac NW IPA and a very nice change of pace from the standard Xmas brew. Reminscent of Rogue Charlie.

Dec 9, 2007 Very hoppy, big floral component. NIce malt backbone, but not big enough to balance. Citrusy but not tart - creamy and smooth IPA. Oily and resinous but not astringent. Kind of fruity. Ok , nothing spectacular.

Dec 8, 2007 Draught. Poured deep amber with lasting white head. Much hoppiness in the aroma, with a bit of pininess. Deep hoppy flavour with warmth, tastes stronger than it is. Wonderful hoppy finish. It may be just luck, I was in the mood for a good IPA and this hit the spot nicely.

Nov 30, 2007 22 oz bottle from Plaza Liquors. Nice amber color. Flavor seems somewhat off, not your typical holiday spicing. Not bad, just not what I was expecting. Decent overall, but not sure I would get again.

Nov 29, 2007 2007 22 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a clear deep amber color with a one finger thick off white head. Light spotty lacing.Aroma is spicy pine and citrus hops with a faint whiff of caramel malt. Flavor is fairly subdued. Light malt and hops. Pretty smooth. Medium body. A decent IPA.

Nov 25, 2007 Bottle. Poured a nice reddish brown with a light brown, two finger head. Very floral nose, obvious that it is seriously hopped. After tasting, its not as hopped as I would have liked. A prevalent citrus flavor, finishes with a hoppy bite. Overall, it’s good and worth revisiting. Nicely carbonated for a beer that if forced carbonated.
