UPDATED: JUL 13, 2015 Deep amber-dark brown clear colour, with big firm mousse-like off-white head. Soft visual carbonation. Aroma with gentle notice of an alcohol, dominate notes of caramel, oak, cherry, apple, bread and honey. Taste is similar: with gentle note of an alcohol, sweet, with fruity-herbal-floral notes and dry bitter finish. Malt sweetness is high, hop bitterness is medium and they are very well balanced. Carbonation is soft, body is mouth coating. This beer is absolutely one of the very best from Fuller’s brewery, and for sure one of the best from it’s style.

Butelka. Barwa ciemny bursztyn, klarowna. Niewysoka kremowa piana, nietrwała, ładnie zrobi szło. Aromat trawy, kwiatów, ciemnych owoców (śliwka), karmel. W smaku m.in. orzechy, śliwka, rodzynki, gruszka. Goryczka wytrawna niewysoka lecz zauważalna pozostaje na długo. Alkohol dobrze ukryty. Bardzo ciekawe piwo, fantastyczny balans smaków.
