16.9 oz bottle 3/7/09 (Sam’s Wine & Spirits-Downers Grove)-Pours a darker amber body with a huge off white head which emits an aroma of malt, caramel, and sweetness. Taste of sweetness, malt, and brown sugar. This medium to full bodied brew is rather tasty and quite drinkable.

Bottled. Pours a bright, clear reddish amber with a short, lacy beige head. The aroma has fruit and nuts over toffee sweetness and yeast. The body is medium with moderate carbonation. The taste is lightly sweet, nuts, spice, toffee, and fruit. Dry, almost grainy finish that shows a bit of alcohol.

Eructoblaster (2043) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 5, 2004
Superb amber/ruby body topped with a thick off-white foamy head. Nice malty/hoppy aroma with woody and spicy hints. Taste is delightfully complex and well balanced. The first stages of the mouthfeel are smooth and fruity. Then it becomes more and more bitter. It ends with a nice, long, and lightly oaky finish that leaves a subtle warming effect. The ideal beer on a Friday cold and rainy evening.
