Golden with a frothy white head. Nice lacing. Lemon, floral, and mild malt aroma notes. Citrus, floral, full bodied, mild caramel sweet malt flavor. Great balance, tongue zinger, and mild bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle. Mostly clear golden colour with a two-three finger frothy white head. Aroma is quite mellow, some pale malt and some hops, citrus. Taste is malty, and surprisingly citrus, orange, grassy hops. Quite well balanced, bitter finish though fairly mild, moderate carbonation, a somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good for an English style IPA though.

Wischylini (240) - Grimstad, NORWAY - JUL 20, 2016
Appearance Clear amber, with a white frothy head.
Aroma Typical English hop profile; earthy, herbal, marmalade, and faint citrus. Mellow malty aromas, with notes of plums and toffee.
Taste Mildly sweet, with a solid bitter backbone that complements the sweetness perfectly, making for a very well balanced beer - a rare occurrence when it comes to IPAs these days.
Palate Low carbonation, a filling, but not thick or slick, mouthfeel. Moderately long aftertaste.

Clear, golden colour and a thick tan head. Hoppy aroma, grass, pine, spice. Slightly bitter taste, floral flavours. Body is not that rich, kinda watery, low carbonation. Decent IPA.

Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is balanced with sweet malt and earthy hops. Taste follows but with some more hop character, earthy and citrusy. Finish has more bitterness and also lingers in the aftertaste. Light body with the specific british minerality and medium carbonation. Overall itís a decent english style IPA but nothing special.

I bought a couple of bottles to try to culture up the yeast for homebrewing but wish that I had just bought the yeast from the labs. Lacking in aroma and bitterness, it doesnít taste to me anything like the claimed bitterness levels just caramel taste. There is much better beer than this around these days.

(Fullerís Bengal Lancer) Bottle 330 ml at home as Fullerís India Pale Ale, purple label. Served into a shaker, ABV 5.3% Deep orange coloured body, clear, with a small and thin white head sitting on top, low retention. Not much of an aroma, very faint citrs, some malts and marmalade. Taste is quite bitter, with metallic notes, marmalade, malts, some citrus and orange. Medium body, good carbonation. Decent I guess, far less than what I expected though.
