3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, 4.5%. Mild roasted aroma, creamy with a hint of fruit. Black colour, clear with a red shine. Big stable brown head. The flavour is mildly roasted at first, turning more powerful and rough towards the finish. Some rye bread and coffee as well. Salty finish. The mouthfeel is a little thin, but OK for the ABV.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Black body with a red tint, pretty large, creamy, light-brown head, good lacing. Slightly strong aroma that is sweet fruity with roasted coffee notes with some chalky dryness lurking underneath. Also hints of cigarette. The flavours are heavy roasted, pretty burnt, actually. This goes well with all the fruits and berries, both red and dark. Light body, dry texture, moderate carbonation and unfortunately some light metallic notes in the light bitter finish. An enjoyable stout!

3.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A bit watery for a stout. Aroma is mild and so is taste. You can feel the roasted malts in the aftertaste, also a bit of coffee. All and all a very enjoyable beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Serving: 500 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a dark brown with a small head. Light roasted notes in the nose. A little thin on the palate with a little coffee, a little brown malt, and a touch of earthiness. Pretty much a porter at this strength. Decent.
