Bottle: Filtered.
Brewed with a combination of five different malts, some heavily roasted for a near jet black appearance, and beneath its dark exterior features luxurious red berry notes, toasty aromas on the nose and culminates in a dry, bitter finish.

My god! Fullers "Outstanding" was my favorite stout/porter for a long time, but was instantly run down by the Black Cab and took the spot. Black Cab though not strong on the ABV like I would have preferred. The overall taste and after taste are great. This mid-body brew is great to try. Fullers is by far my favorite brand brew, under is Clown Shoe’s.

I stumbled upon this at RSVP Liquors in Portland, ME and had to try it. Fullers always puts out great products and this is no exception. Very flavorful, dark roasted malts that are put together to be so smooth. There is just a tough of hop to dry it out a little and there is a slight fruitiness, though I can’t tell what it is. One of their best!

Poured from bottle to glass. Rich, dark, pitch-black in color. A beautiful creamy two-finger foamy head. Looks every bit of an English stout. Very heavy bodied ale, nice balance between hops and malt. Easy stout, the palate is treated to many sensations, finishing dry and bitter. Overall, this is a wonderful example of an English stout.

Pours dark mahogany with ruby highlights and a fluffy beige head. Chocolate, custard and apple crumble on the nose full mouthfeel with medium carbonation, toast, roast barley, camp coffee and treacle toffee. Dry roasty and a touch of dark fruit in finish. Quaffable and complex.

Aroma is roasted malts, along with earthy and nutty notes. The flavor is roasted malts, heavy earthy notes, mild fruit undertones and a mix of acidity and bitterness in the finish.

Danke an Sean! Tiefschwarz mit beigem Schaum. Der Antrunk ist karamellig-malzig. Sehr vollmundig. --> Toll!

I swear this is near-perfect beer. Poured from cool-looking pint bottle into nonic pint glass. Opaque dark brown colour, reddish at the edges, with beige foam, long-lasting with lace. Tart, toasty, bready, nutty, faint orange marmalade, black pepper, charred wood. Definite tartness like plum skins or sour cherries. Medium body and carbonation, well-rounded mouthfeel, just the right amount of residual caramel sweetness, nice session-strength alcohol, exquisitely complex aftertaste. Another mesmerizingly delicious Fullers brew, I could drink gallons. My wife has never enjoyed a single stout I’ve handed her, even she liked this one. If a cask of this is even better as I suspect, you Londoners are lucky devils.

Bottle. Dark, almost black colour with small light brown head, that sits down and stayed almost ’till the end. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, caramel and some dark fruits. Medium bodied, starts with light bitter taste and finished with moderate bitterness. One of the best stouts, I’ve tasted.

Znakomite gozkie i wytrawne piwo. Stout gesty niczym Guinness, nieprzezroczysta czarna ciecz. Brazowawo opalizujaca srednia piana i mocna wytrawnosc. Pasuje do dan miesnych i ciezkich. Ladna etykieta z takze czarna taksowka. Polecam
