500ml pasteurised bottle from Sainsburys. Sparklingly clear pour, a dark gold or amber, fluffy white head. Clean fragranced with light notes of sweet, buttery malt and some hop. Dry with thin malt flavour and considerable bitterness but not much hop character. In the background is some burnt sugar, very slight fruitiness and a touch of soap. Bitter finish. Harshly carbonated. Has completely lost the wonderful fruity character and everything else that’s nice about the cask variety - boring, thin and sterile.

500ml bottle bought at an ICA store in Kiruna. Crystal clear golden body. White head with fine retention. Fragile lacing. Discreet aroma of floral and leafy hops. Dry resin-like taste with mid-sweet malts. Lighter aftertaste of dry bitterness. Clean in the mouth. Ok (Tromsø, 18.05.2012).

A real hop symphony among the beers in grocery stores. Flowery and fresh without acid or annoying aftertaste. Very easy drunken despite the massive hop flavor.

The label says "distinctively hoppy," I suppose that means a distinctively low level of hops. Typical, however, for the bitter style. Somewhat watery, a bit of floral aroma. Bought at the Jumbo in the Jordaan (who would’ve thought?)

Flaske 0,5l fra Coop Konsum, Katterjokk. Drukket hjemme 29 Apr 12. Gyldenbrun med et høyt luftig skum som fester seg til glasset - og varer. God fruktig aroma. Lite kullsyre. Smaken er maltdominert med tiltakende bitterhet. Litt frukt & tørr bitterhet i ettersmaken. Definitivt moreish.

Bottle from the local food store (ICA Maxi in Örebro). Mild smell of citrus and grass, fresh. The taste was very mild, light bready with a slight hint of citrus and grass. As it warmed up I also noted a wiff of fruits and flowers. This was too mild for me, I had way better bitters on my latest trip to Cardiff.

500 ml bottle bought @ Ica Maxi Grafiska Vägen. Pours clear golden with a frothy and bubbly offwhite head that is rather slow to dissipate while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, fruity and floral with caramel, grass, lemon zest, overripe apples, plums and sweetened dark bread. Taste is sweet, bitter and tiny metallic with dark sweet bread, grass, orange peal, caramel, lemon zest, hay, green grapes, dried flowers and hints of plums and grapefruit juice. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with caramel, bread, grass and orange peal.

Bottle. Nice, drinkable bitter. Notes of caramel, vegtables and flowery hops. Great taste for a low ABV beer.

For a 3.5% beer this is nice. But unfortunately u can taste the low abv in this. Still a pleasant light beer.

500ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Malt, nuts and dried apricot in the aroma. Refreshing taste with notes of malt, nuts, dried apricot, tea and a hint of peach. Very sessionable.

Bottled. Pours golden with a big white head. Smells nutty malty. Tastes sweet nutty malty with a clear bitter finish.
