3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft @ de paas. Clear amber pour, tanned head. Aroma is full of caramel and toffee. Flavor is very sweet, full of caramel. Watery palate, bit too sweet for me. Ok though.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Oh Bugger. I just realised the alcohol content and I have jobs to do this afternoon. Ah well, they can wait.
Lustrous amber in colour with a skim of white head. I would proceed with a description, but I bow to the higher power of the brewer and accept unequivocally their description. I also endorse the finidings of the late Michael Jackson, as Iím remarkably fond of cognac. Thereís many similarities of flavour evident and almost demands a slice of Roquefort. If this beer was served at my wake, I would do my best to try and join in. Until then, a beer I shall make a bee-line for more often.

Bottle at the Dickens. Massive beer. Aromas of dough, caramel, hints of alcohol and flowers. Taste is sweet, with light sour and bitter notes, and very long length. Palate is creamy, and full bodied. Amber, with a frothy head.

It had a perfectly rounded taste, little smokeyness, sweet, strong alcohol and yet very accessable. I drank it in cafe het centrum in horst as a temporary draft.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle shared with McTapps. Pours in deep brown with a nose of a simple bock. Taste is the same. Bit sweetish and mass of alcohol. Not mine and the first mediocre Fullerīs of my life.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle shared with happy hubby MichaelBruch. Pours in in a deep gold colour with steady head. Taste is like a Heller Bock, means taste of strong alcohol, rich malt, thick caramel, butterscotch and liquid honey. Nice one.

4.7 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottle. Pours clear deep amber colour, with small light brown head. Rich and intensive sweety aroma of orange, peach, ananas, caramel. Full bodied ale, lightly sweet at the start, but then turns into a bitter aftertaste. You can feel the taste of smoke and cask wood in the mouth. There is also a sign of alcohol in the background. Very nice balanced beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Medium white head which disappears slowly on top of an almost clear amber colored beer.
Smell malts, sweat, dust, iron, strange smell but not bad.
Taste malts, vanilla, creamy banana, creamy barley malts, light bitter, herbs and a hint of honey.
Aftertaste is medium bitter, thereís barleys and wheat and there is some malty herbs all creamy packed
Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a thicker creamy light oily texture
Decent beer but a bit dull...
