3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
At just on cool and into a Fullerís pint. Looks good in the glass. Hazed over orange amber body, well conditioned and retaining of a loose, foamy, off-white crown. Herbaceous, floral and resinous whole hops on the nose; it oozes with ripe peach and apricot, pot pourri, sticky marmalade, vine clippings and a strange lick of sweet/sour sauce. A little caramel and fresh baked bread in there also. Quite a potent brew melding sticky and tangy citrus esters, bold toasted and biscuity rich malts and a backdrop of floral and herbal UK hops. A lasting bitterness on and into the swallow with a lot of residual fruit sugars reminiscent of candied orange, peach and apricot. Becomes nutty in the malt department late into drinking. The body forever meaty and chunky. Not exactly session stuff, but delicious none the less. A well made British IPA! (50cL, BB 28/06/13, Liquor Baronís Ocean Reef)

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear golden colour with a white head. Malty and hoppy aroma. It seems a bit thin given that this is an IPA. Pleasant taste with some caramel sweetness and medium bitterness. Light body , average carbonation, bitter finish. Very decent IPA.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Aroma is sweet and roasty malts, oak and earthy hops. Taste is deep sweet malts paired with clove and lemon grass bitterness. Well balanced forsure and a tasty aftertaste with light mineral tones leant from their fantastic ground water. Appearance is a clear yellow with a thin pearl head that retains fairly poorly.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a deep golden, aroma is more malty than hops. But it has a nice balance. Taste is balanced, some roasty malts, and hops. Not too bitter.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amber color. Lots of carbonation. Frothy white, head. Light body, dry mouth, lots of tangerines and wood. Somewhat minerally. Not too bad, but probably best fresh on tap.
