Bottle. Dark brown pour with a nice tan head. Big roast malt aroma, lots of chocolate too. Taste is similar with some added notes of vanilla. Nice heavy body, nice finish. Excellent.

11.2oz bottle. Deep brown-burgundy body. Thin beige head. Roasty sweet chocolate aroma. Sweet, nutty tinged brown malts. More like a Brown Ale than I had remembered. Has some of that bakers brown chocolate tones I sort of associate with Eastern European beers, Dunkels ect. An enjoyable enough beer, but not so impressive for the style.

Bottle. Dark with a big head. Itís really quite rare that I smell lots of things in a beer, but here notes of dark chocolate and roasted malt seemed to fill my nose as I poured the bottle. Even my wife who is not keen at all on porter or stout beers liked the smell. Taste is roasted malt, dark chocolate as in the smell, some sweetness, a little watery maybe but I guess this is due to the relatively low alcool? Roasted malt dominates in the finish.

Bottle - pours deep ruby red with a bubbly brown head which doesnít last that long. Aroma is earthy with coffee and cocoa. Some hints of soy sauce and plum soon follow. Taste of coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Quite earthy and a little roasty. Some plum and dark fruits. Cocoa bitterness to end. Quite a thin body with a low carbonation.

Chocolate and coffee aroma. Also a bit roast, a really complex one. Dark brown color with minimal tan head. Quite liquid and sparkling. The taste is medium sweet and bitter specially in the aftertaste. Medium body with thin oily texture, quite flat and with bitter finish.Overall a good beer even if Porter is not my favourite kind of beer.
