COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Seasonal - Winter and Spring.
Smooth and satisfying, this example of an historic style of beer derives its rich, chocolatey character from a blend of Brown and Chocolate malts in the brew. Its notable coffee notes and creamy finish make it a wonderful accompaniment to many sweet foods Ė especially chocolate pudding. 5.4% ABV.

NOTE: Most Fullerís beer in the US is served by handpump kegs and not a cask. Ask your server.

[Cask at Charlieís Bar, Copenhagen] An opaque red-brown beer with a small brown head. The aroma is sweet roasted with notes of caramel and hints of coffee - the flavor is like the aroma, but combined with notes of berries. The mouthfeel is smooth.

(On tap) Black and almost opaque with a vague reddish hue. Creamy, beige head leaving some laces. Lightly burned, malty nose. Rather full body, lightly burned malty flavours with some incredibly delicious almost vinous accents - port - and some accents of dried fruit. Discreet hoppy finish. 160406
