Dark amber color beer with light brown head. Very light aroma of hay, caramel and chestnut. Medium in bitter with light tingling sensation on lips, tongue and the roof of the mouth. Lively carbonation, sticky texture and bitter finish.

500ml . In a shaker pint . just watching England beating Australia in the first Ashes test , I’ve cracked this open for a r8 . A good beer for sport , no thrills kind of drink if you don’t wanna think too much about what you’re drinking . the nose is heaps and piles of malt . caramel, butterscotch , boiled sweets ,bread , honey , earthy tobacco hops . Bright amber with a beige head that does not stay long , this becomes flat soon enough . It sinks down very easily , very easy to sink palate . Flavours as with the nose are malt driven up front , caramel , bready , dusty apple esters , leafty soil like hoppinesss ,a tad dry . A pretty decent low boost ESB .

Lightly amber colour with a small-medium off white head. Aromas of hay, earthy-malty notes with notes of spicey tea leaves, ceder and floral hues develop. Lightly carbonated, bit slick texture and a medium body. Good balance between the malt center and the crisp hop bitterness. Medium finish.

A amber ale with nearly no head. Caramel notes but not sweet. Rather dry and bitter. Low carbonation. Not bad

Sorso secco.

500ml can. Pours a clear orange caramel with a half finger, cream head. Aroma is a touch floral and herbal with a touch of spicy hops, citrus, lemon, and just a slight caramel. Caramel and toffee comes out as it warms up. Taste is balanced. Toasted bread, smooth caramel, and slightly floral with hints of citrus, lemon, resin, and spicy hops. Medium-full body with a low carbonation. Smooth, creamy, and rich in the mouth with a slightly dry finish. Tastes similar to a casked ale. Overall not bad. Mild flavours but a lot of them overtop of a great mouth feel.

On tap at GB Fish and Chips. Mostly malty aroma with notes of caramel, toffee and fruity esters. The flavor is moderately sweet with a light hop bitterness. Average body with soft carbonation. Not a big fan.

Aroma: sweet fruits, toffee, low flowery hops. Taste: light sweeteness, very light fruit sourness. Flavour: tropical fruits, dried apples, light fruits jam, flowers, light bread notes. Light bitterness and light sourness in the aftertaste. All tastes and flavours are very light and mild. May be too light, anyway a pleasant beer.
