"London Pride is a smooth and astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavours from the Target, Challenger and Northdown varieties in the brew."

Semmi különös, de mivel a Szigetország egyik elterjedt itala, így meg kellett kóstolni.

Classic, assuming you prefer brews that are balanced and flavorful without going overboard on hops or alcohol. The session beer par excellence. "Moderation in all things" could be the watchword here as there’s neither too little nor too much of the appealing color, aromas, flavors, and alcohol content of this time-tested brew. A beer of "good taste," in both senses of that term; Fuller’s isn’t trying to shock or awe anyone’s tastebuds. Like comfort food in a beer.

0.5 can from local supermarket. This is the 4.7% export version. OK head, golden colour. Taste has some caramel malts and hops. Not really dry from hops but just enough not to be sweet. Just wonder what the cask version would taste.

Pours golden with white minimal head. Aroma is caramel and iron, very subtle. High carbonation. Watery but with a long bitter finish. Peculiar.

Bottle 0,33l from Metro cash&carry Rijeka. Clear light amber liquid with small head. Medium body and carbonation. Aroma of caramel. Medium bitterness, bitterish aftertaste. Some caramel and a hint of honey in taste. A bit sour. Drinkable.

In my opinion, it is exactly the idea that we could have from an English ale. The colour is a dark copper. Carbonation is normal for such kind of beer. The taste of hop is perfect. It is the right beer after the job in a pub and after you take a I.P.A and a porter and you reach the paradise.

Cor acobreada, brilhante. Espuma boa e de baixa persistência. Aroma de maçã do amor.....complexo de frutas com o adocicado do açúcar caramelizado. Paladar maltado, lupulado e frutado. Uma cerveja complexa e deliciosa!!!!

500 ml bottle from Liquor Depot, served in a straight-sided goblet. I think this may be the first English bitters I’ve ever had. Pours a faintly hazy orangey-amber with moderate carbonation and a short, tan head with a brief retention period, leaving moderate streaks of lace. Aroma dips deeply into semi-sweet maltiness, with goodly citrus and winey hop traits, touched with sweet spices and the juices of stone fruits; the flavor is pleasingly dry and mildly bitter, with malt stepping aside and lying low to allow the hops to present themselves in citrus, vinous, and mild stone fruitiness, sprinkled with a pinch of black pepper. Mouthfeel is lightly thick and somewhat creamy, but finishes very cleanly, with just-right bitterness levels. Very pleasant and definitely sessionable; little wonder this is such a popular and long-lived ale style.

Pint from draft @ ’t Buitenbeentje, Tilburg. Light amber with a white head. Malty caramel aroma with some floral hops. Taste is sweet with some bitterness. Very nice bitter, wouldn’t mind drinking this everyday.
