12 oz Bottle 4.7% abv......amber/orange with frothy 3 finger head that dissipates to no head...aroma of spicy bitter hops, caramel.
Taste of hops, bit of bread, some floral notes, interesting flavour. Average carbonation, with a nice, bitter hoppy finish.

Golden, clear with nice white head that lasts. Sweet malt aroma. Sweet malt, caramel and a hint of flowery taste. Nice malty bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium body and medium carbon. A really nice beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Color anaranjado con abundante espuma blanca. Aroma a lķpulo dulce y afrutado. Muy equilibrada en el paladar, con un final moderadamente amargo. Un ejemplo de que se pueden hacer cervezas de calidad relativamente baratas en las malvadas industrias cerveceras. Chapeau por el importador y su etiqueta bizarra. Contiene malta.

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
No head, it has a subtle grassy nose. The nose perfectly matches the bitterness. It is clear, creamy and crisp, so it is not overwhelming. Iíll call it the Pinot of esb

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours light amber with a thick, white head with soapy bubbles and light lacing. Aroma is sweet malt, hay, and grass. Nice balance of sweetness and bitterness, this is very smooth. Normally I donít like beers this hoppy but this one is very refreshing with a nice, clean finish. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation, soft, mellow finish.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Orangey brown. Initially thought it was a poor headed beer but this could have been because of the glass used. Smells very good but, as it seems with a lot of English Ales lack an in mouth hop zing. This being said the bittering hops leave a lingering aftertaste which is very pleasant.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours light orange gold with thin, but creamy and persistent head. Lightly fruity with that persistent mineral taste distinctive of British Bitter. Mild hops that are underplayed by the same minerality. Closest thing to a keg bitter from the homeland.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 12/22/2013. Moderate gusher upon opening. Pours slightly cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass. Aromas of caramel, toffee, pear, apple, grape, biscuit, toast, floral, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with very well balanced malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of caramel, toffee, toast, pear, apple, grape, biscuit, floral, grass, herbal, light pine, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of caramel, toffee, pear, apple, grape, biscuit, toast, floral, grass, herbal, light pine, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a god bit. Very well balanced and moderately robust malt, yeast, and hop flavors; with a moderately crisp malt/hop balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied; with a lightly creamy, smooth, and moderately crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a damn nice English pale ale! All around good balance and robustness of flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
