On tap: Clear deep chestnut colors with rich ruby highlights and a 2 finger tan cap that lasts and laces up the pint glass. As this beer warms you get the wonderful aroma of sweet brown caramel malt, ripe fruits and hint of grass Front side floods the palate with rich brown caramel malts, some nuttines, some dark fruit, then the balance comes in with a sharp resinous bittering from long-boil targets that carries through to dry and bitter the finish and leave a metallic bitter after taste. A primo ESB very delicious and satisfying

on tap at the Golden Kiwi. amber with a tight tan head. big fruity malt nose with english hops in the background. big and full in the mouth with deep english fruity malts leading to a surprisingly bitter finish. very ejoyable brew. id say this is a English Strong Ale or at least thats what it reminded me of. really solid all around but the big english malts really won me over.

Draught @ beerbistro. This was so standard-issue I don’t know what to say about it. Grainy malt and bitter hop flavors that are balanced & glaringly competent, amid strong carbonation. Nondescript aromas with a hint citrus and fruit. Bland corporate stuff, yet it looks great with dark amber coat and light fine head. "This meal has no soul."
