Aroma: Malty and musty nose. A fine combination of aromas of caramel, orange and minerals. Mouthfeel: Medium body, very little carbonation. Taste: Bitter and toasty, accented by spicy hops. Hints of fruit and sweetness at the edges. Finish: Dry, bitter and spicy with some tartness. The best part, I think. Overall: This one is somewhat simple, but very satisfying, nonetheless.

Bottle@carolinevej. Mahogany clear. Tro finger head. Nutty malty notes. Intens malt flavours. Quite bitter. No hop aroma. Fine brew.

A bit of a teaser. A beautiful deep copper colour with a impressive off-white head. Well carbonated. But the mixture of fruit, roasted malt, spises and hops is missing something in the balance between the sweet and bitterness. Not that it is a bad beer, but it have the potential for a exelent beer.

Bottle. Clear dark amber. Toast and cookie dough aroma, sweet maltiness with soft bitter undertones in the mouth. Medium-bodied and chocolate finish. Nice.

Backlog. Tried a number of times on bottle. One of my favourite winter-seasonals. Fullers always delivers good beers, this isn’t an exception.

Beautiful deep copper with massive off-white head. Apple, light roasted malts, herbal hops and some spices. Light bodied, full carbonation. Taste is good balance between sweet and nice bitterness in the finish. Good stuff.
