2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask (Fox and Hounds, Chiswick): Golden, lazy carbonation, small and persistent foamy layer; light sourish-grainy nose; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, maybe with a tinge of acidity; light to medium bodied; becomes fuller (!) bodied in the sweet-malty finish, when honeyish and hoppy influences are detectable. All in all O.K. , but quite unexciting........

Tap SB&WF-08 - Yellowish colored beer with a very small head. Aroma is malty and sweet with hints of honey, flowers and oranges. Flavor is also malty but very subtle. Great beer if you want something easy to drink. Really smooth and easy to drink beer!

Appearance: amber color, some turbid similar to honey look. Medium and persistent head.
Aroma: to honey, caramel malts, some toffee; ripe fruits like peaches, apricots and medlar. Nice floral-hoppy smells.
Flavor: sweet caramel malts, intensive honeyís taste, nice not sickly sweet. Tones of vanilla, toffee and fruit reminiscences like peaches, melon and apricots. Good balance, persistent floral-hoppy.
Palate: medium body with silky texture. Low carbonation.
Nice, good balance and fresh. Better that normal "Fullers Honey Dew"

Cask at the Dog and Duck. Just a boring beer. Drinkable, but wouldnít get me to switch from lager if I were a lager drinker.
