Smooth flavor, not watery as it could’ve been. Perfect balance of hops, malt and, yes, honey. Nice finish with a touch of bitterness. Tastes like summer. Camrakipah (15), Birmingham, England Jan 14, 2008 Cinq cent millilitre (Short changed-Pint) bottle from Sainsburys. Sweet, slightly floral/fruity aroma and a nice golden appearance. Flavour is sweet, slightly hoppy and fruity without being overwhelming. Lingering taste is not too bitter and kind of reminds me of summer (may it return speedily and in our times!). Enjoyed this ale and would quite like to try it on draught. gam (1059), brisbane, Australia Jan 10, 2008 Not a lover of honey beers alone, but this one was probably the best I,ve tasted.Golden honey colour, honey not overpowering, good hop flavour, sweet and dry at finish, good ending, not all that bad.
