Mar 5, 2008 Bottle, november 07. Cear, golden colorwith a medium white head and fizzy carb. Sweet, bittersweet flavor with some honey/ flower notes. Decent. Medium to light mouthfeel, balanced, fizzy and refreshing. A bit short aftertaste. Flowery/ sweet aroma with a touch of fruit and a slight bitter note. Ok, nice but a bit artifficial blond ale.

Jan 20, 2008 Golden. Very sweet aroma, flowers. Smooth flavor, not watery as it could’ve been. Perfect balance of hops, malt and, yes, honey. Nice finish with a touch of bitterness. Tastes like summer.

Jan 14, 2008 Cinq cent millilitre (Short changed-Pint) bottle from Sainsburys. Sweet, slightly floral/fruity aroma and a nice golden appearance. Flavour is sweet, slightly hoppy and fruity without being overwhelming. Lingering taste is not too bitter and kind of reminds me of summer (may it return speedily and in our times!). Enjoyed this ale and would quite like to try it on draught.

Jan 10, 2008 Not a lover of honey beers alone,but this one was probably the best I,ve tasted.Golden honey colour,honey not overpowering,good hop flavour,sweet and dry at finish,good ending,not all that bad.
