Bottle at home. Pours golden, sweet sickly honey on nose, taste is sweet, rich honey, dry toffee, harsh finish.

Pours clear golden orange body with a nice dense white head. Looks really nice. Aroma is of malt and honey, but is quite weak. Low carbonation (bottle is a little old), moth feel is creamy. Taste is honey and malt, floral notes. Not too sweet, but lacks in bitterness to give it a kick. Combined with the weak carbonation it feels more like a light drink more then a beer - but a very good one, just a little flat. There is some hoppy bitterness in the finish which is nice. After taste is long lasting, very floral and really nice. This will be great served cold on a sunny day along with a meal. Less suitable to drink by itself. Great drink but not a good beer, if that makes any sense.

(bottle - 500 ml) Gold pour with a white head. Didnít get much in the nose besides some mild malt and light grassy hops. No discernible honey. Same with the flavor. Mild beer taste, some dry hops and grassy notes, with a very light and dry malt sweetness. No honey that I could taste.

50cl bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles and an attractive lacy head. Nose - lemon barley water plus honey. Taste - more lemon and honey. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a clean if slightly sweet finish. Overall - one of the more enjoyable beers to include honey.

Bottle from Yamaichi. Light sweet fruity nose. Clear bright golden straw color with hypnotic little bubble streams swirling upwards. Very mild sweet fruit (maybe ripe loquats), some honey, grain, very light hopping. Medium body, smooth. Nothing terribly special in aroma or flavor. But quite drinkable.
