Bottle: Deep golden body with a medium sized, white head - quickly diminishing. Mild hoppy and honey aroma. Malty, sweetish honey flavour. Light bodied. Sweet/ bitter finish. refreshing and mild but not more than an average English ale.

(Bottle BB 08/11/06) Aroma of honey (surprise! :-). Golden colour, bright, slightly sparkling, small, fully diminishing white head with very small lacing. Flavour of honey, malt with a hint of hops. Very softly carbonated and medium bodied palate. 29/05/06

Bottle. Clear, bright honey-golden with a large white head. Mild, fresh aroma of honey, hay and earthy malt. Body is on the thin side, but it works OK for this beer. Flavour is simple but fresh and pleasant - biscuity malt, honey sweetness, and a subtly hopped finish. A fine warm weather beer.

In a blind tasting I would not have picked up the honey. A slightly ’different’ sort of sweetness, perhaps. Colour is a bright gold. Small white head. A bit of bitterness. It’s not bad.

Bottled at The Sanctuary House (Westminster - London).
Yellow golden color, limpid and a with good fizz. Compact and adherent foam, medium duration. Artificial scent with notes of honey, straw and candy. Enough pungent and sweetish taste; much soft and sweetish in mouth, nearly dense. Sweet and enough perfumed final; good honey presence.

Bottle, 500ml. Pours a light yellow colour with an average diminishing head. Sweet hoppy aroma with a touch of malt. A nice sweet, quite hoppy taste with hints of honey and hay. Slightly bitter and sweet honey finish. Not as much honey or malt as I would have liked, but a quite drinkable ale nonetheless.
