A light golden beer with a zesty edge and a hint of honey sweetness, Organic Honey Dew is a naturally palatable brew that finds popularity among lager drinkers as well as ale fans. It’s a popular misconception that only the honey is organic, but in fact the beer is brewed with entirely organic ingredients. It uses organic honey imported from Brazil, plus organic English malt and hops including the First Gold hop variety.

Organic Honey Dew is available in pasteurised bottles and kegs all year round, with a strength of 5% ABV.

Nagy habja van, és sokáig tart. Gyönyörű borostyán színű. Az illata inkább sörös, mint mézes, komlós-fűszeres. A korty elsőre csak szénsavas, és kissé kesernyés. A mézet alig érezni benne. Nem egy nagy szám. Utóíze szinte semmi nincs, csak egy picike kesernyésséget érezni, azt is rövid ideig. Közepesen testes sör.

Clear aridness from the honey fermenting out things a bit farther. A beer with a dry sparkling mead light golden color with a modest, bigger bubbled off-white head. Wild flower honey, pale floor malt and hints of herbal to floral hops. Light malt and clover honey sweetness in front. Middle dries out slightly with some dried flower bitterness. Does have a slight residual honey sweetness in the finish and linger as well as a bit of the thin mix. 4/10

Bottle at home. Pours clear yellow with no head. Sweet honey flavour with spice and citrus peel. A little harsh.

It’s a poor cider from England. Who could have guessed. Apple in the nose, sweet body. Sugar finish.
