Trevlig öl med något kryddig smak. Skön maltighet och lagom bäska. Fullers gör det igen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at the Spread Eagle, Croydon. It pours deep ruby with a small white head. The nose is caramel, jammy berry, plum, prune, raisin, flapjack and liquorice. The taste is bitter-sweet, toast, light roast, wood, vinous, aniseed, plum, date, prune, warming alcohol, caramel and spice with a dry finish. Nice depth. All comes together rather well. Tasty stuff.

Best before 31 Dec 2016
Dark amber color, to mahogany, with medium sized head, not persistent; fizzy. The aroma is mild, but there is some decent caramel and malt with traces of biscuits. Good body structure, with lean mouthfeel and low residual sweetness; the malt flavor is rater biscuity and mellow; correct bitterness; the final is just a bit drier, maybe also metallic, but it’s just an impression.
You can feel that it’s an industrial product, but it’s quite good.
