100ml, gravicask. Served at an ambient temperature. Deep, dark brown body, beige head that stays well. Bread-like malty nose, roasted and mid-sweet. Black and brown malts in flavour that bring notes of nuts and chocolate, slightly roasted. Smooth and dry bitter ending. Harmonious brew (Ølfestival, Copenhagen 27.05.2011).
