COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first beer in the Past Masters series we have chosen to recreate is XX, a strong ale which is perfect for bottle conditioning. Brewed at 7.5% ABV, with the original recipe first used on September 2, 1891, it is dark, rich and full flavoured, with a distinctly warming character. XX is deeply satisfying, and an unforgettable experience for those who love traditional English beer. Fullerís Past Masters XX Strong Ale will be available in 500ml bottles from the Fullerís Brewery Shop and in selected Fullerís pubs. You can also buy Past Masters online.

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spices, and fruit, leading to a dry spicy finish, where the fruit note lingers. Thanks yespr for sharing.
