This is the best Fulles brew I have had.

Flaske 0,5l på Bishops Arms, Kiruna 28 Mar 12. Gyldenbrun. Høyt luftig skum som fester seg til glasset. Forsiktig aroma av malt. Fyldig, sammensatt smak. Litt krydder med en søt fruktig undertone. Alkoholen merkes ikke.

Bottle. Cellar temp. Poured into a snifter. Aroma of almond, fig and grape skins. Medium bodied. Quite smooth on the tongue. The flavour has really improved after some time in the cellar. Booziness has mellowed. It’s very dry. There’s biscuit in there and toasty malts, cereal, black tea, dark grapes, more fig too. I taste dark chocolate. A bit of grass and more tea in the finish.

Bottle. deep golden colour with anoff-white head. Aroma is malt, dried fruit, grass, hop. Flavour is sweet, malt, hop, yeast, alcohol, grass, dried fruit. full body. OK/Nice beer.

Bottle. Pours mostly clear amber with a medium dense white head. The aroma is light toasted malt, ripe fruit, sweet caramel and some tobacco. The flavour is raisins, dark fruit, toasted malt, tobacco and biscuits. Long sweet fruity light roasted finish.

Bottle: Amber coloured, loose stable off-white head with a little lace, solid sweet fruity-bisquity nose, some traces of sherry underneath, well hidden alcohol, but still detectable; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, nearly full bodied; lingering sweet bisquity finish with a nice hoppy aftertaste. Smallish head that hangs around medeium carbonation deep amber pour with aromas earthy nuts caramel honey dried fruits some alcohol brown sugar sweetness the flavours brandy raisin sultana caramel toffee earthyness the finish smooth if a little dull on the palate with main aftertastes alcohol fruit and malts has no brightness to it lacking some body

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Cara-malty and slightly (wal-)nutty aroma with notes of caramel, licquorice and woody hops, accompanied by a slightly vinous fruity touch. Quite bitter flavour with a balanced level of sweetness, almost full bodied with a moderate carbonation. Hearty caramelly and nutty malt-character, combined with a good dash of herbal hops; bitter-sweet and lasting nutty malty and woody hoppy finish. 24.IV.12

(500mL from LCBO) Poured cool, an amber-brown with a medium-sized rocky off-white head. Aroma malty, marmalade and light caramel, a little flowery hops. Flavour is fairly sweet to start, slightly grainy light caramel malts, some fruity flavours with light acidity and a reasonably dry, tart and hops-bittered finish where the alcohol becomes noticeable. Midweight in the mouth with fairly soft carbonation, a decent English strong.
