Cask; Seasonal - Autumn.
An autumnal favourite, Red Fox is tawny red in colour and bursting with delicious malty flavours. Brewed with toasted oats which lends distinctive biscuit notes and a mellow aftertaste.

Volo Cask Days 2009. Wow, this was so nice. Loads of sweet, bready, biscuity malts. SOme slight hops just for a touch of bitterness, but the sweet silky bready malts won me over.

2009-10-31. Red-brown body with a smallish head. 3+ Aroma is earthy, illegible malt profile, bit dry. Flavour is similar, English malt character, mild toasty biscuity malt character. Average plus bodied palate. Okay, but does not make me want more. Cask at Volo Cask Days 2009

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2012 Cask conditioned handpump Bear Oxford. A ruby to amber coloured beer with off-white bubbles for a head. An autumnal fruity malty aroma with toffee and bonfires. The taste is fruity and woody with sweet caramel notes. A nice beer with good depth. Score 3.5

Cask @ Bishops Arms, MalmŲ. Pours a reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty and slightly hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some hints of hops in the aftertaste.

Red-amber color, no head. It doesn’t have much aroma, maybe a very light yeast, cream and chocolate. It has a dry mouthfeel, with a good flavor of medium dark caramel, with very light but interesting notes of cookies and chocolate. Correct bitterness. Simple, but just a notch above many boring Bitters.

Cask - - Angleterre, Helsinki - - Rich orange, small head. Slight acidity to the aroma, sweet and malty. Milky creamy palate. Caramel in both aroma and taste. Body mostly sweet malts. Hops quite subtle, but build up after a while. Quite a tangy finish. Pleasant session bitter.
