The nose is jammy berry, some cherry, sweet malty aromas. Hints of grass and spruce tree hoppiness. The taste is smooth, rich malts. Honey-baked brown bread. Caramelized red berries. The finish has a touch of peppery hops and cedar wood. Smooth, easy to drink. Soft carbonation. Overall, not bad. I like this more than Wild River...

Cask conditioned at The Bear, Oxford. Ruby with white head. From the look of the beer you believe it will be a smooth malty beer, but the surprise here is the level of hops, there is a bitter-sweet character to the beer, tangy fresh hop notes, with quite a spicy edge, clean and tangy. Very pleasant.
