Ennobled luxury edition of Fullerís Golden Pride and like all vintages produced in very limited quantities. Provisional ale, undoubtedly with impressive ageing capacities. Yellowish white, sticky but thin and quickly dissolving head, colour a darkish amber approaching copper, misty. Powerful and attractive aroma of fresh oranges, peaches and pineapples, single malt, amaretto, honey, pepper, cake, chocolate, cane sugar... Tingling sweet fruitiness in the onset, orange peel, soft caramel- and honey-like malts staying throughout the palate, spicy notes, bit creamier in the middle, finishing with a whiff of English hops but mostly warming alcohol, like orange liqueur and gin, even a bit wry, the initial sweetness also sticking a bit. Refined, but too thin of body and too astringent finish to be truly great.

Amber color. The aroma has a lot of maple and vanilla notes in it, as well as some caramel malt. The flavor follows suit, but appears to be a bit oxidized. I get some maple and vanilla, but there is also a good bit of sherry and alcohol in the flavor. I also get a little bit of spice. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation.

Flavors are of raisins, brandy, fig, bready, icing, estery, berries, elegant, rich port wine. Low carbonation, thick body. Still in very good nic.

Botella, thanks a bunch Pinball for sharing this. Hazy like deep amber brown colour, more or less no head, bubbles only. Quite sweet well toasted caramel and dark fruity yeasty aroma with some soily moldiness bit. OPk mouthfeel, sticky like. Sweet flavour indeed, yeasty with well toasted caramel and dark fruits, vinious alco in the finish. Oxidization has occurred, yes, but still a fine well lagered brew.
