COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
I have crafted the 2010 Vintage with the highest quality Tipple malted barley for the second year running. This aleís main hop character is derived from traditional Golding and Fuggles hops and further enhanced with Dry Hopping, using a blend of the choicest Golding and Target hops. Coupled with the unique Fullerís yeast strain we expect this beer to mature into another íClassicí Vintage! 125,000 bottles produced

Unfortunately this bottle was oxidized so any notes other than it tastes like cardboard wouldnít be useful.

Bottle(#034551):Hazy, amber coloured with a stable creamy off-white head, quite solid fruity-caramelly nose with a bitter touch and some alcohol underneath; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour with a full body; nutty-almondy finish with a slightly warming alcohol-burn.Good, not overly excitingÖ

50cl bottle, # 91556. Deep amber in color with a lasting, thin beige head. Sherry-like aroma at first, wood and sweet soaked plums, some toffee notes as well. Inviting aroma. Flavor has dark fruits, hops, caramel, dates and woody notes. Finish is quite short with dark fruits notes and some alc. warmth and hint of vanilla. Definitely not írawí anymore, and has mellowed out a little. Could deliver more flavorwise, leaves one a bit empty after the inviting aroma.

Bottle shared by Van Moll crew. Hazy dark orange color, small off - white head. Aroma has malts, sweetness, lightly hops, plums, dark fruits, and certainly, though subtle, some kind of liquor. Taste malts, sweetness, again nicely some liquor, softly bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Very nice this one.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a hazy deep amber orange with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has strong sweet grains and caramel with a bit of of toffee and alcohol backing. Flavor has a bit of pine bitterness up front but is mainly caramel, sweet grains and a bit of alcohol burn.

Clear amber beer, decent pale cream coloured head. Softish palate, smooth and a little dry. Mild carbonation. Creamy malt with unsweet toffee. Trace of marmite. Little dried fruits. Finishes creamy and dry. Not bad but hardly one of their best.

50 cl. bottle poured in to a snifter, Bottle no. 039627. Slightly hazy amber colour with a small, dense off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, earthy hops, faint licorice, raisin and light orange jam. A subtle alcohol burn. Taste is sweet. Full body with a thicker texture and an average carbonation. Long lasting sweet finish with fruits, earthy hops and caramel malts. A little bit of alcohol and bread. A good ageing, a little less sweetness and more fruits would be appreciated.
