I have crafted the 2010 Vintage with the highest quality Tipple malted barley for the second year running. This aleís main hop character is derived from traditional Golding and Fuggles hops and further enhanced with Dry Hopping, using a blend of the choicest Golding and Target hops. Coupled with the unique Fullerís yeast strain we expect this beer to mature into another íClassicí Vintage! 125,000 bottles produced

imdownthepub (9636) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 5, 2013
Bottled (No. 008015), 500ml from Sainsburyís in Banbury. Amber to copper with off white head. Smooth and full beer, quite fruity, malt loaf in character with raisin and sultana within the malt. The hop is of the English, earthy type character, perhaps a little woody but certainly not jarring on the palate, some mushroom type flavour perhaps. There is an alcohol kick, but again quite smooth. Very pleasant indeed.

Rune (7355) - TromsÝ, NORWAY - MAY 20, 2013
500ml bottle, No. 91047, from The Real Ale in a Bottle Bar, GBBF 2011. Noisy, beige, one-finger head leaving fragile lacing to the glassware. Shiny, dark amber body. Cloudy last pour. A bit of fruitcake to the nose combining bread, caramel and raisin, as well as the vapour of alcohol. Caramel malts, dried fruits, burnt sugar and alcohol in the flavour character. Bittersweet end with alcohol warming down the throat. Soft in the mouth. Quite nice but the alcohol is not that well integrated compared with other vintage brews in the series (TromsÝ, 19.05.2013).

(Bottle) Hazy amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with apricots, orange marmalade, treacle toffee, dried fruit, resin and earthy hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of apricots, dried fruit, orange peel, caramel, treacle toffee, rye bread, honey and a certain earthy, resinous bitterness in a finish with a slight alcohol glow. More than medium body, fairly sweet. As usual, very tasty and nice.
