4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, a number 71427, enjoyed about one year old. The beer pours beautifully, amber colour, a head is medium, creamy and beige. The nose is quite sweet and strongly orange marmelade, caramelly malts, some fresh fruits and raisins. The enjoyable aroma. Taste is rich of malts, caramell, ripe fruits, enough of bitterness to dry the sweet taste. Raisins and dry herbs in the end. Almost full bodied, mild carbonation, not heavy to drink. Very nice, sweet, but still balanced, the great beer!

Copper with quickly diminishing off-white head. Nose is dried fruit, woody notes mingling with vanilla, berries, caramel, bready malt. Taste is malty, slightly sweet with caramel, biscuits; alcohol and mild bitterness in the warm finish. Lingering alcohol in the aftertaste. Medium to full body, smooth carbonation, oily palate. Very nicely balanced, smooth and easy to drink, yet has a lot of taste.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Pours a deep copper-hued clear amber body with a large, slowly-receding creamy off-white head. Sooo inviting. Nose is dense caramel, wood, vanilla, biscuits and hints of red berries and faint licorice in the back. Very smooth. Taste is similar, with caramel, bready biscuit notes, brown sugar, subtle cereal tones and hints of red berries and herbal licorice far in the back. Full body, soft to medium carbonation with a very high degree of smoothness. The vintage beers from Fullers are usually very pleasurable, and this is no exception.
