Aroma: floral hops, hay, cereals, bread. Appearance: clear gold, small white head. Taste: medium bitter. Palate: bitters intensify, very hoppy, flowers, some citrus fruits. Overall: decent APA, but struggles to stand out against the fierce competition. Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Pimlico.

First APA I’ve ever tasted. Not too shabby, nothing special yet enjoyable. Hardly any foam, nice, golden colour. Somehow milder than most IPAs yet still quite aggressive with the hops. Nice, hoppy aftertaste. Worth a try.

Bottle from a trade with Cunningham, huge thanxxx!
Pours golden yellow with flat white head. Smell has lots of citrus and some nice tropical fruits. Starts very bitter hoppy, fruity, grapefruit and tropical fruits. Middle part has bitter hop flavor, caramelly notes and sweetish fruity notes. Goes into a bitter-citrussy hoppy finish!

Pours golden with white head. In aroma - hops, fruits, some sweet flowery notes as well. Nice bitterness and not as sweet as the aroma tells you.

Golden ale with a quickly-diminishing foamy had which soon became a light film. Floral, citrus aroma. Flavour is quite sharp and bitter at first and it’s not as sweet as I expected from the smell, with a sharp grapefruit taste dominating. Slight spiciness to it and there’s a resinous quality to the backtaste. Surprisingly complex and quite tasty.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer and Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Clear pale gold with white ring. Sweet and salty buttery aroma, margarine, some salt and hints of bitterness in the mouth. Light bodied, well-fizzed, and buttery finish.

On-tap at Norma Jean. Clear golden yellow with a decent white head. Mild aroma of floral and grassy hops. Sweetish with grass, tropical fruits, bready malt, caramel, low bitterness, very light flavors. Light-medium bodied, watery. Not bad, but a bit too flat.
