4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
500ml Bottle. It pours a golden body with a thick white head that slowly disperces to a little lacing, Its aroma is quite impressive - grapefruit and biscuit malts are the predominant notes but theres grass and other citrus fruits too. Its taste is of malts, biscuit at first which passes to a mild lemon and grapefruit with a slightly dry bitter finish. A very decent session beer this. I will be having this again.

500ml bottle. Golden coloured, foam white head and aroma of floral lemon citrus hop. Flavour is biscuity malt caramel with lemony notes and grapefuit bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable APA.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On an American scale subtley hopped but hops are very much there and a good rounded bitterness to finish. Really like this. Very interesting beer from a great brewery. Got a Bengal tiger in the fridge....

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Bright gold with a white head. Aroma of mandarins, grapefruit, grass. Very light bodied. Bittersweet with light biscuit, grass and citrus, a little apricot. Dryish, moderately bitter finish. Apart from the citrus flavours - which are OK but donít really sparkle - itís a bit dull.

Fullerís? An American Pale Ale? My world just went topsy turvy.
Golden colour with a coarse white head and persistent sparkle. Bright, fresh hop aroma - grassy herbal hops and undertones of fresh spruce. The flavours are true to style as well with resinous bitterness and a medium body. This was pleasantly surprising. Orange and lemon citrus begins to take over the flavour on the lengthy finish. Old world imitating new world and done very well indeed.
Lovely stuff. So much flavour for such a mild abv.

Bottle at MalmŲ beer and whiskey festival. Not really an excellent apa, itís decent, still think Fullerís should probably stick to the more classic English-style beers.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle at home. Pours clear gold, big bubbly head that didnít last despite high carbonation. Aromas are light citrus and pine, slight butterscotch. Taste is light bitter, light caramel. Finishes thin and watery. Probably better on cask.

Agree. Its american style makes it a bit IPA. A little too fizzy but I like it and will have again

Liian humalaisaa minulle. Varmaankin Jakumaista touhua. Hyvš aromi, makukin, mutta humala on ylijumala.
