Real ale. Mild aroma has citrus, bit tropical fruits. Malt stays under this. Bit cloudy honey to copper, nice dense head is one finger and long and good lacing. Bitter slightly and fruity sweet, soft round fuller’s body, soft carbonation, creamy soft very good palate, nice soft finish, nuts. Looks good, smells nice, is velvety soft and full and leaves me wanting for more while still satisfied.

Cask in the Viaduct Tavern, EC1. Lovely clear golden colour. Nice citrus hoppy aroma, taste is well balanced with firm biscuit malt holding the American hops together well. Lovely long juicy hop finish. It was a horribly muggy day but this drank really really well. Not too strong on the booze, a great hoppy bitter.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2012 Cask @ Corn Stores. Mid gold, small head. Bags of aroma, oranges. Less on first taste than expected, but after a few sips there’s a pleasant lingering bitterness. Flavour builds as the pint goes down - more oranges, maybe tropical fruits. Thinking of UmBongo... Bit thin in the mouth. Hugely pleasant surprise from Fullers!

Cask at The Ship, Soho:
A milder smelling beer with some honey and vanilla along with a helping of sugar and some fruity, summer like aromas shinning through. I could detect some floral hops as well but these were quite subdued.
Dark red amber colour with a thin and foamy white head on top that stays well.
Mild with the obvious honey coming through along with a blend of vanilla and butterscotch, neither of which were particularly strong but both were nice. There was a subtle alcohol kick right at the end.
Smooth & creamy with light acrbonation although this was slightly stronger than most casks meaning it didn’t seem flat. There was a nice alcohol touch and a semi-bitter finish too.
A nice honey and fruit taste to go with the general sweetness and overall the beer was pleasant and rather enjoyable.
