Rated on 02-27-2013 at Fullsteam Brewery. This draft beer presents a small beige head that mostly diminishes, transparent pale yellow body, very little carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is grainy and grassy hops. The flavor is grainy, grassy hops and semi-sweet. The mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light-medium bodied. Overall, this is a quaffable session beer with very little character.

On draft at Churchkey in DC. Pours a crystal clear gold with a thin white head. Light toasted malt aroma. Biscuit flavors. Thin mouthfeel. Lingering finish.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a softly carbonated transparent yellow colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild hoppy aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of mild hops grass crisp && clean and malt. An OK brew just nothing special.

Draught at Pool’s a few months ago. I drank this as a fortuitous, one of the best, beer / food pairings I think I’ve had. It was with a chocolate caramel tart with olive oil icre cream. That washed out most of the cream character and made it seem like a very good lager or pilsner. Looks like champagne in the restaurant light with a big rocky lasting head. Aroma of light grains and sweet cream which continues into the flavor clearly expressed. The palate is light but luxurious. This was pleasantly surprising for a style I don’t often consider. It opened up a new idea for pairing for me.

Easy drink, but fairly unremarkable. Pours golden with very little head. Not a lot of taste to it at all.

Hazy golden color. Didn’t get much aroma off of it. Lot of corn flavor, and not especially creamy. Gritty, in fact. The version I tried was brewed with 100% local grain ingredients which was "plow-to-pint" cool.

Had this beer on tap at the brewery. I could not drink it at all. It is loaded with DMS and seriously flawed.
