3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Iíve had this brew numerous times and have noticed a common theme: itís rather delicious out of the tap but quite mediocre from the bottle. Served from the Fulton Tap Room by Target Field, it had a nice caramel color, prefect thin head and quality hop flavor. Out of the bottle it tastes like home brew. Will continue to order this on tap and avoid it from the retailers.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a nice orange colour. Nice fruity aromas. Hops too. Similar flavours follow. Decent stuff.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Not the most intense IPA, but still a pretty nice one. I think itís a bit better than the average rating lets on.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours coppery-amber color with off white head. Some citrus notes with a slightly sweet, malty body. Not much of a hop aroma or flavor for an IPA. Not a beer for hopheads.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at Target Field. Not really what Iím looking for in an IPA. Aroma and hop profile are not pronounced enough. Still a decent, but underwhelming entry to this crowded field with high expectations.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Hmmm Hops ? Pours a copper brown color with a touch of foam that settles out fast. Aromas are pizza dough, caramel and even a little graham cracker. On the palate its smooth malty and easy to drink... but Im not really detecting much hop presence at all... maybe a little earthy spice peaks through on the late to mid palate.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours clear deep coppery amber with a large beige head that dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma its caramel, spruce, and flowery notes. Flavor is much the same, medium sweet caramel biscuit, very light bitterness, notes of pine and sweet caramel in the finish. Whereís the Simcoe?

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from keg at the local. Sweet an hoppy. Thicker beer. Enjoyed it. Different IPA than I'm used to

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I love IPAís. I am shocked at the low ratings this beer received. Nice hoppy taste and great full flavor. The finish was nice too - not too bitter with an IBU rating of 69. I recommend this IPA. The review that wondered if the keg was old...something was wrong. I drank the IPA out of a bottle. This beer has a really nice balance with the flavor!
