Pours a clear amber with very light cream colored head. Aroma is floral, hops. Flavor is hops, earthy and pine. Body is light yet creamy with medium carbonation.

Oh, marketing, how well thy charms work. I was thinking this bottle was going to be a killer IPA, solely based upon the clever name, which beers are running desperately short of these days. Too bad the IPA inside is pretty bad. Bland malts and a very underutilized hop mix lead to a spiky, sweet finish, with little hop flavor getting through. Seriously weak IPA.

Bottle at MSP airport. Pours copper with a white head. This is a decent IPA, nothing special. Hops are there giving some bite and a little citrus. There are metallic flavors and a woody, earthy kind of bitterness. Flavors are muddled together, but definitely discernable as an IPA. Will do in a pinch.

Copper pour with a thin white head. Aroma is citrus, a bit of grapefruit. Not super hop forward. Flavor is well balanced. Not bitter not to sweet. Pretty good if lowkey IPA.

Has a nice golden amber color with short white head. Has a super nice bitterness with a nice malt.

Aroma is somewhat lacking for your typical IPA. Taste is pretty descent for having an IPA that is more balanced with malt and hop, but could be better. Would like to see this be a little more hoppy it being an IPA, but nonetheless, good enough to drink again.

The pour is sort of a dark amber color with a white head. Quite malty and sweet with minimal hop aroma. A hint of floral hops and maybe a touch of citrus peel. The flavor is similarly lacking in the hop department. Bread and toffee are the prominent flavors with a little caramel, too. Mild floral hop flavor and very little in the way of bitterness.

Pours an orange brown with a touch of off white head that laces nicely. Nose and taste are earthy, sweet, a nice balanced hop & malt profile. Better than I expected from the reviews. Solid brew would definately drink this beer again

12oz bottle, courtesy of MatSciGuy. Thanks, Levi! Pours a deep orange color approaching amber; fine-bubbled, light tan head with nice retention and lacing. Heavily candied aroma, showing plenty of plenty of fruitiness and sticky-sweet malts. Definitely on the sweet side, with a somewhat cloying mouthfeel: lots of sticky candied fruits, with even some hints of caramel and a touch of oxidation; decent core bitterness, but why on earth would I want a serious malt backbone in an IPA? Cloying, crystalline, and just hard to drink all that much of. Modest finish showing light tea-like tannins and some lingering bitterness.

Bottle. Very sweet aroma and fruity with a hint of hops. Crystal clear yellow body with thin off white head. Has an astringent flavor at the front of the tongue I hadn’t noticed before. Goes away mostly admit warms. I’m shocked to see this beer so poorly rated. I’ve always liked this beer as a solid "local" IPA that’s considerably better than Summit EPA. Sure the clear body is contrary to the style and sure, this is a Minnesota beer brewed in Wisconsin. But otherwise you could do a lot worse.

12oz bottle pours a clear amber/copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and bready malts with some hops. Malt forward, bread and caramel, decent hop presence. Rather thin but drinkable.
