COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Lonely Blonde wears a delicate fragrance of Czech Saaz hops, and flaunts German Pilsner, Crystal 10, and White Wheat malt, which contribute medium-light body, fair complexion, and a pleasantly lacy white head. Crisp carbonation slinks the Lonely Blonde quickly away, and you’re left with nothing but a slight lingering sweetness as you contemplate how The Lonely Blonde can be beautiful on so many levels.

Starts with a bit of a metallic note but that mellows and leaves a beer that is a clear degree of separation from a Belgian blonde...too bad. A little light fruitiness and sweetness but largely dull and a bit shallow in flavors. (on tap, Punch’s Pizza, St. Paul, MN)

Very light translucent yellow, not much of a scent. Light lager/straw taste, very drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from MrPickles...thanks Andy! - Pours clear light yellow with a quickly dissipating foamy white head. Nose is lightly perfumed soap with some light malted grain. The smell kind of grows on you. Taste is pretty similar. It has a nice mineral note to it that dries it out a bit, and there’s a touch of honey sweetness. A little too carbonated, as it bites a little bit going down. Pretty crisp and refreshing.

A pleasant blonde ale that serves well as a sessionable beer. If you want lots of beer in a short time period, this is for you.

Hazy gold. Skunky hops and pale lager-type malts. Generic pale malt profile with a moderately hoppy finish. Residual bitterness.

Not too bad. Pours a crystal clear golden yellow with mid-sized head. Floral, grassy aroma and flavor. Sweetish finish.

Pale gold pour with a thin white head aroma is dusty, straw, light bready malt. Get more straw than grassy in the hop flavour. grainy and crackery light sweetness to the malt body.

12 oz twist off bottle, purchased as a single at the Four Firkins in St Louis Park, Minnesota. Brewed and packaged by Stevens Point Brewery. The pour is clear golden with a ton of carbonation bubbles and a noisy one inch white head. The aroma is mild citrus sweet along with toasty cracker malt. A tiny hint of floral honey as well. The taste is grainy sweet malt, artificial citrus fruit sweetness, along with a bit of cardboard mid taste which becomes more pronounced in the finish. The cardboard was strongest in the first sip, though it remains throughout the beer. The aftertaste is dry, a bit dirty mineral and pretty unclean. The palate is light bodied, decent amount of fine carbonation, and the dirty finish. I will happily try this again when they take production in house.

An OK beer, nothing special. Deep yellow, no head. Clean and crisp, slightly sweet. Wheaty aftertaste.
