Bottle 500ml.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, soap, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100118]

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and a bit of honey, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a rough white head. Tart Bretty aroma - wauw this is most deliciously infected! Medium body, sweet fruit and again a light and dry Brettiness - lovely. Fruity finish with a whiff of Brett. 180110

Bottle. Clear straw coloured with a thin foam. Aromas are crisp lemon with grassy notes. Quite lager-like in its malts. Flavours are apricot with zesty lemon. Sweet marmalade with a clean, refreshing palate. Very nicely hopped. Nice.
